Key Responsibilities as Account Manager:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts usually 2-3 accounts dependent on the size.
  • Prepare and present regular reports, insights, and performance updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple accounts and priorities with a high level of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Oversee the execution of complex, time-sensitive campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring expectations are met and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Cooperate with the Finance Department to secure payment from customers by chasing overdue invoices.
  • Understand and interpret client briefs, translating them into clear, actionable documentation for internal teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in an Account Manager or B2B Customer Service role.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in managing multiple accounts with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of the direct or transactional mail or print industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel for reporting and forecasting, and Word for contract reviews.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in using CRM software and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
