An award winning independent media agency are looking to recruit a Media Administrator to join their dynamic team of multi-channel media strategists and media planners, and provide an efficient administrative support function to Account Managers in the maintenance of local, regional and national client accounts and the generation of deals which benefit both the agency and the client. As Media Administrator, you will provide support by embedding yourself in your clients' businesses and working closely with their marketing departments, being an ambassador for the agency and building strong relationships. You will also forge strong relationships with media owners and suppliers, negotiating rates and interrogating reports; and research, plan and implement multi-channel media activity across online and offline media channels. You will also work alongside creative and PR agencies, reporting on progress. To take on your new role as Media Administrator, you will have the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as efficient organisational and multitasking skills. Good IT skills (including a basic level of Excel) and high attention to detail are needed as well. Salary up to £19,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) plus attractive benefits including social events and discretionary bonus
Media Executive - Media Agency

An exciting Media Executive opportunity has arisen at an award winning independent media agency in London, where you will join a dynamic, professional team and be responsible for administering and implementing media bookings, and devising and implementing media activity for clients across various media channels - providing reporting and analysis as well. Your duties in your exciting new Media Executive role will include: Creating proposals for client campaigns, providing recommendations on budget spend, target audiences and KPIs Liaising with creative agencies with regards to creative assets Creating campaign analysis for internal colleagues Researching media opportunities across various media channels Negotiating media rates with suppliers Assisting in the planning, buying and administration of media campaigns across various media channels In order to carry out your role as Media Executive, you will be commercially focused with a proactive work ethic and high attention to detail, as well as the desire to get stuck in and develop you skills and experience. The ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment will be essential for this role, and you'll ideally have previous experience working media agency side. Strong people management skills at all levels in the business and the ability to build good relationships within the existing team will be crucial as well. Salary £35,000 - £45,000 p.a. Do you have experience creating scientific related content across print and digital products? If the answer is yes, and you would like to be based in idyllic, beautiful surroundings then this is the opportunity for you! A leading, successful B2B publishing company in the South East are looking for an Editor to join their busy editorial / content department and research and write, as well as commission industry experts to produce quality content (such as articles and features) across multiple channels (print, digital and events) for successful, established and growing scientific focused international brands. To take on your new Editor role, you will bring to the table print and digital editorial experience, and be able to create and deliver content across all channels for the brands you work on, including website, email, print, video, podcast, webinars and events. You will also devise editorial strategy (taking part in brand meetings), ensuring content meets the needs of the audience, and oversee the commissioning of content externally. You will utilise your ability to build strong relationships in order to work effectively with internal sales events and marketing teams, and act as a brand ambassador developing relations externally with key industry leaders - which may involve some travel internationally.
