Responsibilities:
A Fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing company. Our client is looking for a HR Consultant to join the team in Salisbury. About the role: You will coordinate various HR activities and positively deliver strategic HR and Company projects including cultural excellence, recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and change management, reporting and research projects. Role Duties: Researching the market related to HR areas as per request of HR Director and writing various reports, staying up to date with compliance and confidentiality Undertaking background HR research and conducting bench marking or interviews Writing confidential reports, drafting PowerPoint presentations, composing Excel reports including using the technical skills of writing and being able to structure and plan individual projects Advising on the administration of human resources policies and procedures Serving as an internal HR consultant by analysing a company’s current HR programmes and recommending solutions Acting as a Recruiter when necessary; work with HR Officer to support transactional recruitment activities as per request of line manager Preparing and maintaining reports and business plans related to specific HR projects Developing methods for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects Implementing and working with HR systems and IT programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, recruitment software’s, etc.) Preparing cultural change reports, staff engagement surveys proposals, and presentations; contribute to the design and produce workforce reports Preparing cultural change reports, staff engagement surveys proposals, and presentations Analysing latest HR trends and recommend changes to existing business models Leading HR related projects including immigration, right to work legislation Other HR operational duties (recruitment, compliance, general HR administration, etc.) as per line management request. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR role CIPD Qualified Strong reporting skills, including producing and analysing Strong PowerPoint experience Good working knowledge of Excel Advanced communication skills, particularly writing skills Extensive HR generalist experience Detailed understanding of all aspects of resourcing and talent management is a full time role offering a salary circa £30,000 - £34,000 (dependant on skills and experience) and great company benefits.
