With over 13 years’ experience in recruitment, Kirsty manages our Rochdale office and specialises in providing recruitment solutions across the manufacturing, industrial, logistics and engineering sectors.

Kirsty has extensive experience managing temporary recruitment, including high-volume staffing requirements, and understands the importance of providing clients with a reliable, responsive service when they need people quickly. She also has a strong track record of recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill permanent positions, from specialist roles through to senior management and CEO level.

Building strong, long-term relationships is at the heart of Kirsty’s approach. She takes the time to understand each client’s business, their culture and what they really need from their recruitment partner, rather than simply filling a vacancy.
