2020 is my 28th year as a South West Recruiter! Some may say that that makes me VERY old (my children certainly would, and do). I would say that that makes me a specialist in my market, and somebody who loves their job and is passionate about finding exactly the right fit for both those seeking a new opportunity, and companies seeking the perfect employee for their business.
I started in the Recruitment Industry in 2009 and what a journey it has been! Back then candidates were almost queuing up for jobs now 11 years on we are dealing with high employment, candidate shortages and skills gaps.
Recruitment is certainly a rollercoaster!
