If so, we are seeking a weekend receptionist to join one of our clients on a permanent basis with a pay rate of between £7.00 - £7.25 per hour. Immediate starts for the right candidate.
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Passing any enquiries over to the relevant department
- Meeting and greeting new and existing customers
- Any administrative duties as and when necessary
- Keeping the facilities tidy and presentable during opening hours
- Approachable and polite towards customers and colleagues
- Pro-active and uses own initiative
- Previous experience within a receptionist or customer facing role
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Experience of working within a fast paced and demanding role
