We are looking for an experienced Duty Chef to work in a busy kitchen environment for a client based in Chard.
Required to cover weekends throughout December.
Main Responsibilities are to ensure the delivery of excellent customer cuisine, produced within food safety, hygiene and health safety legislative regulations and guidelines ensuring all food produced is strictly within expected cost parameters. Additionally to lead the team on duty shifts and in the absence of the Head Chef.
Previous experience in a similar position essential together with relevant qualifications and food and hygiene certificates.
Pay Rate: £9.00 - £9.50 per hour
Hours of Work: Saturday and Sunday 7.00am - 3.30pm
