Do you have strong computer skills with experience of working in a fast paced warehouse environment maybe in stock or goods in? A fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Receiver has arisen in Newcastle under Lyme working for an expanding and well established manufacturing organisation! This is a PERMANENT position with a salary of £16-18,000 per annum dependent on experience working Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm plus excellent benefits!
As Warehouse Receiver you will report into the Receiving Supervisor, identifying parts and determining the correct condition of them. You will note any discrepancies, relevant details, photograph and weigh the items and then receive into stock using their bespoke computer system.
You will read and review each Purchase Order, breakdown incoming shipments by component, update list price or description discrepancies, clean and photograph items to a high standard for global advertising, and enter items correctly into the UK Receiving software making notes of serial numbers, series, revision levels and weight as required.
You will have worked in a fast paced warehouse environment previously with excellent IT skills including good working knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS), computerised stock system. You will be detail oriented and be good communicator to make an immediate impact in this role.
