Vehicle admin / Technical admin, Avonmouth
The role is to provide a professional and first class administrative service to the Technical team. Responsible for the administration of all aspects of the Technical activity to ensure finished vehicles are delivered to order and timescale.
Maintaining data integrity of key processes, spreadsheets and reporting.
Tasks will include -
Monitor bodyshop vehicles awaiting estimates or job cards to be raised.
Job cards to be raised within 24 hours of receipt.
Timely updating of spreadsheets.
Completion of required reports within tight deadlines.
Validation of completed work.
All manual and electronic filling are kept up to date and in line with 5's standards.
Ensure working instructions are kept up to date and in correct format.
Review and improve processes to develop efficiencies.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager.
