Temp to Permanent Role
We are looking for a full time Transport Administrator to join our client busy team.
The duties of this role include:
- Data entry onto our in-house system and use of Word and Excel
- Providing support to our management team, completing weekly KPI'S, getting involved in depot projects and keeping to deadlines
- Raising appropriate paper work for the business e.g. worksheets, consignment notes and accident forms
- Maintain filing systems to ensure accurate administration of worksheets etc
- Coordinate incoming and outbound calls from customers and colleagues
- Person Specification:
- 12 months Administration experience ideally in transport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Excellent team working skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
