This large logistics company in Bridgwater are looking for a Transport Administration Assistant to ensure all returning drivers are fully de-briefed and that tachographs are scanned or down loaded, assist in customer service and general traffic office administration. Also booking in jobs on the in house system, answer and deal with complaints and queries and be price aware. Must have good IT skills with emphasis on Outlook,Word and Excel and have the ability to compile, analyse and interpret relevant statistical data. The ability to keep calm under pressure is essential with good customer service skills.
Hours of work on a 2 week rota are:
1st week Monday - Friday 0800 to 1700
2nd week Tuesday to Friday 0900 to 1800 and Saturday 0800 to 1700
