Meridian Business Support are recruiting for a temporary Transcriber to work with a well established client in Edinburgh. The desired candidate should have excellent listening skills, touch typing ability, and great attention to detail. This role involves transcribing for various presentations, taking in and recording as much information as accurately as possible. Ensuring you are fully equipped and organised for each session throughout the day. Listening intently and ensuring all information is taken down and producing to the manager at the end of each shift.


The desired candidate should be well organised with excellent listening skills. While in this role you should be able to take in large amounts of information at once and produce a technical ability. Transcribe each presentation and session with accuracy displaying a good typing ability and tackle work load with a fast and accurate approach. Having your own equipment and being competent in a majority of transcribing programs, working to dead lines and ensuring all information is recorded with fantastic grammar and good computer skills.
