Our Hereford based client a respected national provider of Training and they seek a new Training Assessor to join their successful team of Assessors. They offer a wide range of work-based learning and commercial courses through nationally accredited qualifications. Therefore building on the strong reputation they have already gained, they are looking to double in size over the next few years.
That means they are going to need some great people to help them achieve this and for the right candidates there will be plenty of opportunities for development and career progression.
Their Trainer Assessors are the lifeblood of the business. Managing a portfolio of around 45 learners at any one time you represent and reflect the businesses values and service every day with their employers and learners.
We are seeking Trainer Assessors familiar with the following topics Management, Team Leading, Business & Administration, Customer Service, Retail and Hospitality & Catering. You will be able to maintain your learner portfolio, progress them through to completion, complete your paperwork in a compliant and timely manner, manage your own diary and develop strong relationships with employers. A minimum of 2 years experience as a trainer/assessor is required.
23 days holiday (rising to 25 days after 2 years), plus 8 Bank Holidays
Performance related bonus scheme (anticipated on-target of 10% of salary)
