Our client is looking for a temporary administrator to cover a period of sickness/annual leave for around 2 weeks
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the building in a professional manner
- Escort clients to the assigned meeting rooms
- Taking care of external and internal calls professionally
- Booking of meeting rooms accurately ensuring that all food and beverage requirements are noted
- Ensuring that the guests and hosts are taken care of offering excellent customer care skills at all times
- Setting up meeting rooms
