Meridian Business Support have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive in Stoke on Trent on a 12 month FTC.
Reporting directly to the Telesales Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing effective sales and first class customer support to all new and existing customers.
This unique opportunity is perfect for an ambitious telesales professional looking to establish their career. With full on site training available, you will be expected to build positive customer relationships, which will create new opportunities to secure additional business.
Key responsibilities will include:
*To undertake detailed pre-call planning before each call.
*Build positive customer relationships across your area
*Achieving targeted levels of sales, mix and margin from all customers.
*To update & maintain all customer record sheets and memos.
*Monitor own performance on a daily basis by using BI sales and margin reports
*Research / feedback on competitor activity and market information to the wider commercial team.
It is important that you are comfortable working to sales targets with a real passion for developing business and building customer relationships.
The ideal applicant will have previous commercial experience in a telesales, customer service or account management environment. It is important that you possess strong influencing skills, which are essential for managing both internal and external stakeholders. The Telesales Executive will be confident in their negotiation ability with clear evidence of strong planning and organisation skills.
Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
