Meridian Business Support are working in partnership with a well known Banking institute who are seeking Interim Telephone Banking Advisors for their Newport site.
What does the job entail?
Telephone Banking is about being there for the customers every step of the way. Friendly, positive and ready to help, you'll be more than just a voice at the end of the phone when a customer rings us. Whether they're calling to transfer money, set up a standing order or enquire about our products you'll offer a warm welcome and the best information, and you'll have a role that matters.

What is the pay?
As an Interim Telephone Banking Advisor, you will receive a competitive hourly pay rate of £9.26 as well as an uplift for working unsociable hours.
What are the working hours?
You'll work between 30 and 40 hours per week over five days on a shift basis between 17.00 pm and 02.00 am Monday to Sunday. Working a maximum of 45% of your weekend days per 8 weeks, so you get the majority of weekends off!
