My client, an innovative software solutions provider who enable clients to have the tools in order to build strong teams are looking to take on an IT Apprentice. I am looking for someone with strong customer service skills, and a good understanding of IT. The successful candidate will assist where required in infrastructure support related to all PC-type devices, in-house telephone systems, mobile devices, audio-visual equipment, printers, and networking within all their UK offices.
