Technical Support Consultant / Technical Support Analyst

Are you a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with knowledge of Active Directory, MAC and Windows 7, 8 and 10?

Currently Looking for a role where you can use and explore other technologies such as HTML, SQL, Web 2.0 technology, CSS, CSS3, web design?

My Oxfordshire based client is looking for a passionate, tenacious and imaginative IT Support candidate to join their creative and innovative technology department, in a Technical Support Consultant capacity.

Responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

    • Providing 1st / 2nd line technical support - Troubleshooting, resolution, prioritisation, escalating where appropriate to ensure smooth running of daily business activities
    • System Administration - Providing meticulous administration to maintain system roles, updating online catalogues, creating sections,
  • Junior development tasks - Using technologies such as HTML, SQL, Web 2.0 technology, CSS, CSS3 and web design.
