Operations Director / Customer Account Manager
Monday to Friday 08:15 - 1:00 & 1:30 - 4:30
Flexibility to work overtime is essential.
City & Guilds Electronics level II or NVQ equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' experience of fault finding and repairing electronic goods to component level.
Confident and clear telephone manner
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email
Good data entry skills
Good understanding of modern technology
In addition to the repair of portable audio products and PAT testing you will be working closely with the Technical Support Assistants and may be required to cover in their absence.
As you are part of a small team flexibility is required for this role.
