We are currently recruiting for a Technical Contracts Administrator to join this busy, innovative and successful team based in Wellingborough. Salary £21,500 - £24,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus, 28 days holiday, pension and more!
As Contracts Engineer you will provide administrative support to the production planning team responsible for the processing of Export Sales orders, reviewing technical specifications and commercial terms in line with quotations, answering export sales queries and providing weekly and monthly statistics in relation to order received.
You will have at least 5 years experience within a Contracts position (Contracts Engineer, Export Sales Administrator, Material Planner or similar) with excellent commercial awareness used to working within a busy office environment. Your confidence in using an ERP system (e.g. SAP) with outstanding attention to detail will enable you to make an immediate impact in this team.
You will hold an HNC or equivalent in mechanical engineering or related discipline, with excellent IT skills in order to produce statistical reports. Any knowledge of process instrumentation, continuous improvement or Kaizen is desirable but not essential.
This role would suit candidates that have worked in the following positions; Contracts Engineer, Contracts Coordinator, Export Sales Administrator, Contracts Support Offices, Materials Coordinator or Production Coordinator.
