We are a global player in our market and within our Technical team you will be daily first port of call along side the other team members to ensure the customer queries are dealt with professionally and their project are managed skilfully. Using your excellent CAD or AutoCAD/BIM computer skills you can provide advice and technical input, such as drawings and design data so that the most suitable solution may be found, to design problems and correct products recommended for use.
Exceptional communication ability, coupled with the driven organisational skills will allow you to problem solve both externally with our customers and internally with our other departments. Requests for technical information will be via the telephone and email and your goal will be to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
Our team are passionate individuals who want to do well, they are open, friendly and able to get on with people at all levels. You will also need to be patient and have a great telephone manner to come across well with those you are assisting. If you have some site knowledge this may be an advantage to you in this role.
The salary on offer is £22-25k plus 10% performance related bonus and excellent company benefits and a wonderfully modern environment.
