Meridian Business Support is actively recruiting for a Technical Advisor for our established organisation in Caerphilly.

Our client are experts in their field and due to the continued success, they are looking to add to their impressive workforce.

The key characteristics of the role will be to ensure that customer service levels are in agreement with the company's standard.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will be working as part of a team, ensuring that the standards within the technical team are maintained to the level expected by the company. Key responsibility will be to ensure all technical queries are acknowledged and processed accurately and within the lead time specified.

Responsibilities will also include:

  • Assisting in new product launches
  • Assist and asses training requirements, personally and for the team
  • Provide and maintain a proficient technical service to both internal and external customers within the group to include guidance and advice on products.
  • Display and demonstrate high levels of communication as part of a team and provide constructive feedback to others on a regular basis
  • Encourage the use of the IT systems for customer service issues, to reduce response time in addressing customer requirements.
  • Conduct internal and external training when required.
  • Contribute to the weekly reporting of KPI and assist and advise on improvements and implementation strategies.
