Duties will include supervising a small customer service team, ensuring all orders are processed in accordance with customer expectations and managed within the constraints of the business and in line with company objectives.
To be responsible for Customer Service standards and the management of standards throughout the team.
To liaise with the Production Supervisors and the Distribution teams.
To work with the Quality team to coordinate complaints, making sure all complaints are responded to and resolved in a timely and efficient manner
To be able to prepare for and attend sales meetings and other team meetings as and when required.
To train team members and help with recruitment process, look after staff rota, holiday and sickness records.
Ideally you will be in a similar role or currently be one of a team ready to make the next move.
