Are you an experienced Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Co-ordinator, Resourcer or HR Assistant, seeking the opportunity to work for an innovative, forward-thinking firm in a pivotal role that is focused on the candidate experience, from application to career development?

The business seeks an HR professional with a similar approach - exceptional relationship building skills, creativity and an interest in delivering outstanding levels of customer service.

This role is to cover a sabbatical of at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension to 9-12 months or possibly even a permanent position. It will run as a temporary contract, reviewed at the 3 month period.

It is a full time position covering more than one site and therefore some UK travel is expected and candidates will need their own transport. You will, however, be predominately based in Tewkesbury.

The ideal candidate will be able to commence the position on Monday, 1st August 2016.

You will offer Recruitment, Learning and Development and HR support at all levels and across all of the UK sites.

You will need to manage your time well and prioritise effectively as you will juggle your workload between your wide ranging responsibilities, as well as supporting projects which may come up within the HR Shared Services Team.

To do this you will support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to on-boarding, focusing on ensuring the best possible candidate experience, whilst maximising efficiency. This will mean actively supporting recruitment activity using both direct methods and external suppliers where appropriate.

You will have the opportunity to add value through the facilitation and co-ordination of Learning and Development activities and support other members of the HR function with the administration and co-ordination of HR tasks as and when required.
