Part Time Support Administrator - South Manchester

MTEC Business Solutions are on the lookout for an experienced Part Time Vendor Management System support administrator, or alternatively a person who has experience in system support who can intuitively navigate and maximise functionality of new software confidently. You will be capable of managing all day to day maintenance and running our Vendor Management Software.
It is important for applicants to be highly personable as you will be the primary contact responsible for liaising with internal staff (nationwide), clients and suppliers, ensuring that queries are dealt with and responded to within a timely manner. You will look to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver leading class customer service and solutions to anyone using the product.
We are looking for a Part Time Administrator to work 20 -24 hours a week . Flexible on a shift pattern but must include Monday and Tuesday.

Skills and Competencies
An appreciation of Customer Services and Account Management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
Tactful, articulate and empathetic
Good IT abilities, strong systems knowledge and a keen interest in software development
Good organisational and time management skills
Analytical and methodical in your approach with outstanding attention to detail
Able to work effectively under pressure and against deadlines
Adaptable to change, including a willingness to work flexibly to meet business needs
Proactive and positive
Working as a System Administrator, preferably for a VMS
Recruitment environment exposure is highly desirable
Previous experience working as an Account Manager or IT Support professional would be advantageous
Applicants will be required to work 20 hrs hours per week, between our core operating times of 8am to 5:30pm. Initially the role will be based out of the Altrincham office, however as of Mid October we are moving to new offices located close to Manchester Airport.
