An incredibly creative, and unique Design/Architect firm are looking for a Studio Manager to join their busy design studio. Our client specializes in architecture & design, as well as being involved in the planning of major events.

What are they looking for?

They are looking for a studio manager with strong administration experience within a similar role and specific experience within the field of architecture, construction or engineering. You will be providing all aspects of administration support including Project Administration, Diary Management, Booking travel arrangements, Arranging meeting, Preparation of correspondence, Document control, Assisting with reception duties, and Business Development. The ideal candidate will also need excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and In design.

A high degree of flexibility, tact, enthusiasm and resourcefulness are required. However sometimes you will need to work independently and other times required to be a good all round team player. Our client has no prescribed dress code, however the Studio Manager should maintain a smart and professional appearance as face-to-face contact is an integral part of the role.
