We are looking for an experienced and conscientious Sous Chef to join our Gloucester based Catering client on a permanent, part-time basis. The successful candidate will typically work Thursday-Saturday (depending on the needs of the business) and will be expected to work a minimum of 26 hours per week.
Pay: £12.00 per hour
- Preparing and cooking pre-selected menus
- Overseeing and liaising with waiting staff during private dinners/small functions
- Working closely within a chef team at larger functions
- Prep work and packing as agreed
- Further duties to be agreed upon by mutual arrangement
- Providing a high level of service to clients
- Responsible for working within specified food safety and hygiene procedures
- Must be able to drive
- Conscientious in your work
- Key eye for fine detail
- Possess excellent presentation skills in your work
