Do you have previous Sales Order Processing experience with strong computer skills? We are recruiting for a Receiving/ Shipping Order Processor to join an awarding winning well established organisation based in Newcastle under Lyme. Salary £16-18k plus benefits working Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
As Receiving/ Shipping Order Processor you will report into the Logistics Manager, receiving parts into production, ensuring packages are correctly accounted for and identify all incoming products, breakdown and allocate to the correct department.
You will be processing customer returns, processing daily distribution orders, prepare, package and ship all orders, conduct end user checks and license on exports (including hazardous goods), prepare export documentation, liaise with freight forwarders, advise sales on dispatches, any issues and keep shipments on schedules as well as booking in collections and keeping the spreadsheet updated.
You will have previously worked in a warehouse environment with excellent IT skills including Excel, Outlook and Word. Previous data entry skills are required, together with some understanding of sales order processing, and shipping. Excellent communication skills are necessary with the ability to work at fast pace and be detail oriented.
