My client, a local financial services company is looking for a Service Desk Team Manager.
Within this position you will be responsible for team members within the IT support department, their training and development, prioritising work streams, managing escalations and reducing the overall incident and request count as well as building an exceptional relationship with the business.
The ideal candidate for this position will hold the following attributes:
- Proven team management skills
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Experience of the Implementation of ITIL framework
- ITIL Certified, Windows certified
- Experience of implementing an incident and problem service model
- Past experience of producing service improvement plans
This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday offering a salary around £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience) plus benefits.
