Our client is looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst (3rd Line) to join them in Salisbury.
The role requires you to have the willingness to assist in supporting all aspects of the IT Service Desk, exceptional Customer Service and proven experience working within a centralised IT Support function, supported by a solid understanding of ITIL framework.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Strong WDS experience
- General Local Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
- Good working knowledge of Citrix
- ITIL Certified
This is a permanent position, offering a 35 hour working week plus fantastic benefit packages!
