Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of an organisation who provide the world's leading gas and electricity suppliers with a package of solutions which includes all aspects of utility connections, meter asset provision & maintenance, and data & energy management.
Within this role you will be contacting a database of businesses, whose details have been passed onto you from their existing gas provider, in order to make necessary arrangements to have their gas meters replaced.
Although the majority of this work is telephone based, it is essential that you have strong PC and administrative skills as you will be updating systems and could be communicating with customers via email and post.
It is essential that the desired candidates boast excellent customer service skills, as this organisation pride themselves on the high level of service that they endeavour to provide at all times. With this in mind, the role is very much that of a consultative one, where you will be building rapport and strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers wherever possible.
