The Company:

A customer focused administrator from a manufacturing background with experience of using sap is needed for a friendly, and highly successful company based on the outskirts of Exeter.

Due to the location, candidates will require their own transport.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To offer full administration support to the Service Division including job sheet processing,
  • Data input onto the Company database / system,
  • Answering telephone calls for the Service Division and filing.
  • To establish effective communications with fellow members of the Service Division as well as other departments within the Company.
  • Ensuring our Customer Service Charter is adhered to by always striving to be "First in-service".
  • Providing efficient, polite and effective customer service to all clients and prospective clients
  • To Input and maintain computerised data (Excel, SAP) and manual systems, with new and existing customers, accurately inputting information from various methods of communication, e.g. engineer job sheets, telephone calls and letters
  • To assist with the checking of invoice accuracy and to discuss any proposed amendments with the service controllers to relevant customers/distributors
  • To answer queries on dispatched invoices or to direct the query to the appropriate member of the service division.
  • To assist with the issuing / collection of order numbers.
  • To prepare monthly service KPI information as directed by the Customer Service
  • Travel may be required. Nationally and European wide as required from time to time.

Working Hours: Full time hours are: 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Friday (39.5 hours per week). Lunch break of 30 minutes in duration.
