Good standard of general education
A Customer Services qualification would be preferred but is not essential.
Confident and clear telephone manner
Previous supervisory experience essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email
Good data entry skills
Good understanding of modern technology
The department provides end user support for portable audio equipment.
You will be expected to learn detailed functionality for a range of products and assist customers with any issues / questions.
Customer contact will be primarily by telephone, but will also cover other areas. ie email, Social media etc.
This is a supervisory role and as such you will be expected to take responsibility for a small team include organising workloads, holidays etc.
