Our client who is based in Salisbury is looking for an Senior Secretary to provide support a senior level to multiple stake holders.
You will be providing full secretarial support by arranging meetings, organising and mainlining filing systems, controlling all official correspondence in/out of the office and diary management and administrative assistance. Taking minutes in meetings and managing the completion of regular company reports will be a key part to this role.
The ideal applicant will need a proven PA / Secretarial background to a high standard with at least 2 years experience at a senior level. You will need to have a minimum 60wpm typing speed demonstrate accuracy in everything you do.
This is a full time temporary position for the next 3-4 months, working 37.5 hours per week, offering £9.03 per hour.
