Senior Technical Support Engineer to join the No1 Technical manufacturing support team in its Industry providing solutions in multiple sectors and industries, helping them improve performance and efficiency whilst lowering their environmental impact with their Heat Transfer Systems
Provide day to day technical support to both internal and external Operating Companies for Group products at all stages of the life cycle of the product
Support the implementation, integration and testing of industrial networks and systems
Manage and resolve issues logged by Operating Company technical support teams with a focus on heat transfer systems
Training and skills development of Local Sales companies for local implementation and support
Identify improvements to the customer support process
Background knowledge within Mechanical , Engineering, Thermal energy solutions, System design, Communications protocols, Commissioning , Industrial monitoring, automation and/or control
Experience of internet technologies, mobile communications, Industrial Control System technologies, SQL and Microsoft and Windows-based technologies, Data and network security methods
Experience facilitating and delivering training and associated material
Can deliver quality problem solving and technical support services within agreed timescales.
The successful candidate will be someone qualified to a minimum of HNC/D/Degree qualified in the relevant technical qualification
European - Internal support experience beneficial
