We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work for a client based in Bridgwater. This is working on a contract from June to September within their Administration team. Providing administrative and secretarial support to the department during their busiest time of the year.
Main duties will include:
- Arranging meetings with external clients
- Taking and distributing minutes
- First point of call for all incoming calls
- Update and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases
- Customer service to external clients
- Answering all incoming queries by phone and email
Successful candidates will need previous administrative or secretarial experience along with strong communication and IT skills and the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
Hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm (finishing at 4.30pm on Fridays)
Rate of pay is dependant on experience
