My client based in central Salisbury are looking for a Secretary to join them.
You will be providing a tax team with secretarial and administrative support. Responsibilities will include:
- Audio typing
- Booking meetings
- Arranging diaries
- Answering incoming calls
- Photocopying and scanning
- Assisting with billing for the tax team
The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in an administrative position, hold an depth knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Fast and accurate typing skills, including experience with audio typing.
They are offering a salary between £17,000 - £19,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
