Whilst working for a company that recognises the important role you play as a legal secretary to ensure their continued success, your duties will include preparing documents to a high standard both from text and audio notes, setting up new legal files and dealing accurately with filing. You will be using a wide range of IT packages so a high level of IT competency will be key to this role.
This role would suit you if you have excellent communication skills and can demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Being well organised and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines will be key to your success. Whilst having previous secretarial experience within a legal environment is preferred we would be happy to receive your application if you are a conscientious and professional secretary from another sector looking to start your legal career.
The role is full time and will involve working Monday to Friday. The salary is competitive and the company offers an excellent benefits package.
