Meridian Business Support are working in partnership with a reputable outsourcing client in Cardiff city centre.
As a result of continued success, our market-leading client is looking to engage a Sales through Service Advisor with a proven track record in delivering first class customer service and sales through service.
The role of Sales through Service Advisor will entail dealing directly with existing customers via inbound calls and you will need to be confident to engage with customers who are looking to get more from their current service.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- The ability to use own intuitive
- Natural drive to meet targets and still remain perseverance
You will need to be available for 7 weeks to undertake training.
The Customer Service Agent will need to be fully flexible between 7am - 11pm seven days a week.
Suitable candidates MUST be able to pass a CRB and Credit Check.
