CUSTOMER SERVICES /SALES ORDER PROCESSOR
We are looking for an experienced customer services/ sales order processor to work in a small friendly office in Newcastle under Lyme. Handling all customer enquiries via telephone and email. Resolve customer enquiries/complaints in a timely and accurate manner. Input Sales orders and maintain sales order records. Offer support to the field based sales team.Prepare and distribute management reports. Organise exhibitions/conferences. Assist with general Administration duties.
