Meridian Business Support is actively recruiting for an experienced Outbound Telesales Representative for our established client in Newport.
Our Client is a leading supplier of office equipment and furniture and a 1st tier supplier of a leading brand of mailroom solutions.
Key responsibilities of this role will be to identify and contact customers throughout Wales to identify if they have a use or currently use a mailroom solutions system. You will be required to build rapport and gather in depth information regarding their usage, renewal data and then secure an appointment for the Field Sales representative to visit.
Accurate information gathering and recording is essential to this role coupled with a strong, positive and sales driven attitude. This role is not for the feint hearted. You will be targeted on leads identified and converted and therefore must be able to work independently and have the ability to source your own leads. Candidate MUST have previous outbound sales/ cold calling experience within a targeted and structured environment. Candidates who do not possess this experience will not be considered.
The company are continuously expanding due to their excellent service and reputation in the market and therefore there is a very strong opportunity to develop in to a Field Sales role within 9 months.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £18,000 per annum plus benefit plus the unique opportunity to join a leading organisation that promotes growth and success.
