Sales Director required for a specialist outsourcing organisation due to a sustained period of growth. A true market leader in their field, they are looking for a highly experienced and ambitious B2B sales professional who will be key in their continued success.
You will be responsible for leading and driving the sales function, managing a small team of Sales Managers, achieving revenue targets and ensuring that profitable growth is maintained.
This is a pivotal role that will see you developing the new sales strategy across and increasing the market share within the UK markets.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and experience -
- High level of success at selling within the B2B services market
- High activity KPI achievement
- Portfolio selling
- Managing a field based sales team
- Successful selling in a very competitive marketplace
Any previous experience in the professional services market would be highly beneficial.
You will need to understand the commercial levers you can pull and their impact on both margin and EBITDA and as you will be writing high quality reports, papers and sales collateral so solid communication skills are essential.
