My client, an information and visual communication company in the heart of Somerset, is looking for a bright & ambitious Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their established team. Within the very social office, with strong team dynamics, the role will be for someone who is keen to voice ideas and will have the drive and determination to be a proactive member of the team.
- Supporting the Sales Team and Project Managers with quotes and tenders.
- Diary management for the MD and the BDM team.
- Day to day office management.
- Point of contact for customers for whole client base.
- Arrange sales meetings for the BDM/Sales team.
- Compile company sales literature.
- Manage sales campaigns and feed results to the Directors of the business.
- Research various sales leads and research market opportunities.
- A strong academic background including good exam grades.
- Experience within a PA/Admin support role role.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Must be a self starter with huge levels of motivation.
- Be able to communicate at all levels - shop floor to board level.
