Our client is looking for a Telephone Sales Advisers to join their team in Swindon. The role is to call leads provided, regarding potential customers who are interested in insurance, to quote and convert into policies and achieve targets set by the business.
You will :
- Maintain appropriate level of functional and technical expertise, including knowledge of products, procedures, service, system and frameworks
- Promote positive customer perceptions continuously developing relationships
- Maintain complete and accurate records for all customers to ensure continuity of sales and service
- Support team members and other colleagues around the business to ensure company targets are achieved
- To achieve quality targets by ensuring correct customer information is taken first time and that processes and procedures are followed
- To ensure that FCA regulations are being adhered to
- To carry out any other ad-hoc tasks which are required by the business to ensure good customer relations
This is a full time, permanent position offering up to £17500per annum plus OTE. Working 37.5 hours a week.
