Every organisation wants its salespeople to be successful - that is, close more sales. Yet ask many salespeople and they will tell you that their organisation often makes it difficult for them meet their quotas, requiring them to do lots of administrative work!! This is where you come in.
There are many ways in which a Sales Support Administrator can help a team and our role is not what we would call necessarily a standard position. You will be tasked with undertaking research for our Sales Managers and this would include gathering information on the business that they are going to meet, who do they currently work with, what's their potential spend, where are they located across the country, who is the decision maker - interesting and informative data that will help our Sales experts pitch correctly and enable them to close that deal. We would need you to be a naturally inquisitive person who loves research!!
In conjunction with your research you will be identifying new businesses that we could engage with and start the process through introducing our company to a potential customer with a professional introduction call and a follow up email. Ideally you will then book a meeting for one of our team to seal the deal. So a passion to call and introduce our services!!
Your administration skills need to be organised and orderly; ensuring that once business is gained that they correct contract information is compiled and send to the customers. On-boarding our new customers and engagement with them from the outset is very important. If there are any issues we want to ensure they are dealt with straight away so that service levels are met.
We are searching for a confident, enthusiastic, organised person, with great rapport building skills and attention to detail. In turn you will be working for a business which is really going places! We starting in the UK in 2012 but are established in Poland, German, France, Canada and coming soon to the USA. Our headcount in the UK is currently around 20 so you are coming in at a time when growth is coming and opportunity will knock for you to progress as we grow.
