Sales Administrator: £7.50 Per Hour (Temp to Perm)
Our Client, A Leading Software Solution provider is Recruiting for a Sales Administrator to support the Account Manager in setting up demos and arranging meetings.
Based on the Popular Rotherwas Industrial Estate, you will be required to handle all Incoming Calls and take messages for other members of the Team.
You will have a knowledge of the Products and software and will be able to give advise to current Clients who are requesting information over the telephone and by email.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling Incoming Calls
- Supporting the Account Manager by booking and arranging demo and sales meetings
- Managing the Account Manager's Diary when off site
- Supporting the finance team with Client Invoices
- Data Input
- Filing Clients information
- Professional phone manner & Exceptional Customer Service
