Our client who is based in Salisbury has an exciting opportunity which has arisen for a Resolution Advisor to join their team.
To assess all documentation that has been through the company's internal procedures, identify and negotiate a resolution where suitable produce a written resolution for these. Anything that may not be suitable for a resolution, you will assist the smooth transition of this ensuring that excellent customer service is provided.
The role is extremely varied and the candidate will need to be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills:
- Excellent prioritising, problem solving and organisational skills
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to main rapport
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude
- Able to plan and manage own time effectively
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £22,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience).
