Our client who is based in Salisbury has an exciting opportunity which has arisen for a Resolution Administrator to join their team.
You will provide high quality customer service, by recording and responding to all customers enquiries received by telephone, e-mail or letter in line with the companies procedures. This role is extremely varied and the candidate will need to be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills:
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets
- Good prioritising, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to use initiative to make customer-focused decisions
- Team player
- Positive can-do attitude
- Good communications skills, written and verbal
This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £18,270 per annum.
