Industrial Sector - Telford
We are looking to recruit a Resourcer to join our fast paced, busy team in Telford.
You will be responsible for providing full support to the Branch Manager and their team within this profitable branch. You will be assisting in sourcing the best candidates and helping to manage the full candidate management process. You will be consistently providing the highest standards of customer care to candidates.
We are looking for someone who is organised and responsive, someone who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure we offer a first class service to our clients and candidates. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can easily build and develop relationships and someone who is proactive highly methodical and highly organised.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is keen to develop their career in recruitment within a well-established and expanding business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working with Consultants to support their candidate needs
- Pre-screening candidates
- Advertising and sourcing candidates through online advertising
- Generating sales leads
- Ensuring all candidate records are kept up-to-date and are compliant
- Keeping up to date on the Industrial market
- Knowledge of the Recruitment Industry desirable
- Experience within a customer service related position is essential.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills essential
