Are you a a driven recruitment professional, with hands on experience in the retail/fashion sector?  We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager based at the head office of a leading UK retailer.  In this role, you will focus on both head office and store level roles, ensuring managers get a great hiring experience, but also educating, influencing and challenging them to drive recruitment. 

Responsibilities as a Recruitment Manager:

  • Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to support them with their recrutiment and selection needs - providing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service to the business
  • Provde specialist advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practice - the most appropriate methods for a role, assisting with sourcing, development and creation of specific tests or exercises when required
  • Post vacancies on the internal careers website and advertising on job boards
  • Schedule interviews and send correspondence to hiring managers and candidates
  • Deliver against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix, and candidate/line manager experience - including tracking and reporting
  • Develop and deliver brand and attraction plans - ensuring best-in-class recruitment communication materials, a compelling online presence, high quality collateral for recruitment fairs, engagement of third parties and engagement of relevant bodies to promote career opportunities
  • Engage with HR Business Partners to forecast, plan and prioritise resourcing needs 
  • Utilise a creative, yet commercial mix of sourcing methods to develop a rich pipeline of talented individuals

Required Experience of a Recruitment Manager:

  • Experience of managing the full recruitment life cycle from inception to completion including social media, marketing, advertising, interviewing
  • Proven track record in a recruitment role (preferably in-house), ideally within experience in recruiting in the Retail/Fashion sector
  • Sourcing - demonstrate understanding of, and a track record in, utilising creative and effective methods to source quality candidates directly
  • Personal Organisation - excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume workload
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at forging long-standing, productive relationships at all levels 
  • Experience using recruitment Application Tracking Systems and various national job boards for advertising purposes
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Team management experience
